What’s included in your mobile bar & beverage service?….

The Rambling Rose Bar will arrive 1 hour prior to your event start time with two experienced bar staff supplying all glassware for 100 people (champagne, white wine, red wine and tumblers… even a few copper mugs), cold drink storage, ice, stools for the back bar area and everything required to serve the perfect drinks for your occasion.

A complimentary refreshment station is also set up with our 2 drink dispensers featuring seasonal infused H2O.

We also have a few base decorations, flowers, candles, vases, bar sign and trestle table that we are happy to use if it fits your styling but we also love a good matchy, matchy so let us know your style!

What drinks can you serve?….

Any bottled wine, beer, cider, champagne and spirits.

We also offer up to 3 cocktail options per event, chosen by you approved prior to your event.

Or if you have something else you would liked served just let us know and we can ensure your requirements are met.

What cocktails can you serve?

We have put together a list of our favourites for you to choose from or we would love to hear your personal favourites to add your own touch.

We can serve up to 3 cocktails for your event, you supply the alcohol and mixers and we will do all the mixing, stirring and shaking.

Do you serve coffee?

We are more than happy to take care of all your tea, coffee and hot chocolate needs. Ask about our $150.00 hot beverage package when you book.

Do you offer table service?

While we love serving straight from the Rambling Rose Bar caravan and find it encourages your guest to move around and engage with each other at the bar, we also don’t mind a mosey + mingle session either. Table service requires additional troops, so if this is something  you would like to know more about please contact us to chat.

The Rambling Rose Bar staff will also be wandering around picking up the empty glasses and bottles, ensuring the focus is all about your special event.

Do you sell alcohol?

The Rambling Rose Bar does not sell alcohol. We serve your guest the alcohol and drinks that you provide. We are more than happy to chat suppliers and beverage quantities.

Where is the Rambling Rose Bar based and can you travel?

The Rambling Rose Bar is located in Nowra on the South Coast, NSW – but who doesn’t love a little road trip searching for the perfect party to join?! Let us know where your event is located and add us to your guest list.

Included in the cost is a 50 kilometre radius from Nowra, NSW additional travel occurs a cost of $2.00 per kilometre. Good old Google maps is used as a reference to determine the distance between the base and event location.

Do you have Public Liability insurance?

Yes, we surely do!

Are your bar staff trained?

Absolutely! All our crew have their Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training. We also love a chit chat and you can be assured your guest will always receive amazing customer service.

What does the bar hire cost?

Our Bar packages start at $650 with a minimum 3 hours.

Although all events are personalised and prioritised, costs can vary depending on your wants and needs… To get a customised quote please get in touch via info@theramblingrosebar.com.au

Payment?

Once you have a date in mind please contact us to secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date, we’ll send a friendly reminder.

Does the Rambling Rose Bar require power?

Yes. We can plug into power via our dependable extension lead or if your event is in no mans land we can run off a generator, this is an additional cost if required.

Do you have cancellation fees?

Unfortunately yes!

Once your date is confirmed and your deposit taken, we are committed to YOUR event… We do not consider any other bookings despite the requests we might get.

Please note all 50% deposits are non-refundable.

Other things to mention….

If your event is not at a private residence or venue, you are responsible for all the appropriate approvals and permits required and must provide confirmation of this to the Rambling Rose Bar admin.

All beverages must be chilled prior to our grand arrival. As we only arrive one hour prior to the event starting time, this does not allow adequate time for them to be icy cold.

Also we love a change/makeover so please, if you have something in mind that we haven’t mentioned here… Just ask! We will be happy to accommodate.
