Terms and Conditions of Service

  • Booking Confirmation

To Secure a booking, a deposit of 50% is required. Once you have received our invoice you have 14 days to make your deposit. If 14 days passes and no deposit has been received we will open up that date again. The remaining invoice balance is required 14 days prior to your event. If full payment isn’t finalised by 124 days prior, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.

 

  • Cancellation or Refunds

The deposit acts as partial payment of the invoice and will be subtracted from the overall invoice cost prior to the final invoice being processed.

Please note full deposits are non-refundable. We are more then happy to work with you if your dates change but if cancellation is more then 60 days before the event only 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation less then 60 days prior there will unfortunately be no refund. 

 

  • Weather

The Rambling Rose Bar, in relation to the caravan bar, do not provide refunds in the case of bad weather. In  the event of wet or bad weather it is the responsibility of the host to make alternative arrangement. The Rambling Rose bar should be notified of these alternate arrangements as soon as possible. In the case of emergency or extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of the rambling rose bar the event dates and details may be able to be modified.

 

  • Power

The Rambling Rose Bar does require power to work efficiently. If there is no access to power, a generator must be arranged by the hirer at the hirers expense.

 

  • Damages

If the Rambling Rose Bar caravan/Portable Bars receive any damages by your guests during your event this is deemed your responsibility and the repair bill will be forwarded to you the hirer.

All unaccountable glassware will also incur a replacement value invoice which will be sent out after final clean and count, which is done prior to vacating the event.

 

  • Location + Permissions

For all events held in venues/locations other then a private residence or a hired function venue, it is the responsibility of the hirer to obtain permission/licenses and provide the paperwork/confirmation to the Rambling Rose Bar admin at least 14 days prior to the event date.

 

  • Set up + Pack Down

We require access to the event site at least 1 hour prior to the event start time. The rambling Rose Bar requires a clear access in & a clear access out at the end of your hire period. Remember we are a van, so if this is part of your package the site must be reasonably level and easily accessible by Car.

 

  • Rubbish

Rubbish Bins must be supplied by the hirer/event organiser.

The Rambling Rose Bar takes no responsibility for the removal of rubbish from the venue.

 

  • Access To Water

The Rambling Rose Bar requires access to fresh water for all events.

 

  • Guest Behaviour & Responsible Service of Alcohol

Please be advised The Rambling Rose Bar operates under RSA and In accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act, The rambling Rose Bar staff reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to guests under the age of 18 and guests who are intoxicated. We will under no circumstances allow shots during our service.

 

All terms & Conditions may be subject to change. Payment of a deposit and a signed Booking form constitutes acceptance of these terms
